What is the lead time for wallpaper and fabric orders?
Most of our wallpapers and fabrics are printed to order in the UK to minimize waste. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks before your order is dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I order samples before committing to a full roll?
Absolutely. We highly recommend ordering samples of our wallpapers, fabrics, and paints to see how the colors and textures work in your specific lighting.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
Unused and unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 28 days of receipt. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We use FSC-certified paper, PVC-free materials, and eco-friendly inks, while our manufacturing partners are chosen for their ethical practices.
How do I calculate how much wallpaper I need?
